Our newest unstructured, 5-panel hats are constructed with a mid-height crown and flat-brim and are made from 100% cotton. They're designed to pack flat in a bag or easily attach to a bar bag with an adjustable fit webbing strap and a quick-release plastic buckle.

This hat features the Pedal Further message along with our favorite nature-inspired glyphs, all embroidered in bright gold on an olive gray micro-corduroy. A woven BIKEPACKING.com logo label is sewn just to the right of the adjustable strap.

These caps offer some improvements over the first pack hats we introduced a couple of years ago. They have a deeper fit, an interior Bikepacking Journal label, and a blind-embroidered interior panel, meaning you can't see or feel the embroidery stitching on the inside of the hat.

All hats will be mailed flat, not in a hat box. So expect them to have a few wrinkles upon arrival.
