Our unstructured, 5-panel hats are constructed with a mid-height crown and flat-brim and are made from 100% cotton twill. They're designed to pack flat in a bag or easily attach to a bar bag with an adjustable fit webbing strap and a quick-release plastic buckle.

This cap comes in two color combinations, classic navy or surplus green. Both feature our Pedal Further Skull intricately woven in beige on a bold red patch. The patch measures 2 x 2"/ 5 x 5cm and is jump stitched in place, adding to the old-school character of the cap. The BIKEPACKING.com logo label adds a nice, subtle visual accent to the lower right side of the cap. The bold color combinations and finely woven details make the Pedal Further Skull camp hat one of our favorite designs yet.

These caps feature an interior Bikepacking Journal label and a blind-embroidered interior panel, meaning you can't see or feel the embroidery stitching on the inside of the hat.

All hats will be mailed flat, not in a hat box. So expect them to have a few wrinkles upon arrival.
