Our newest unstructured, 5-panel hats are constructed with a mid-height crown and flat-brim and are made from 100% cotton twill. They're designed to pack flat in a bag or easily attach to a bar bag with an adjustable fit webbing strap and a quick-release plastic buckle.

Our Switchback Snake makes a welcome appearance in our latest series of hat designs. This friendly character is flat embroidered in black yarn on an off-white felted patch. The patch measures 2 x 2.25"/ 5 x 5.7cm with undulating, snaky contours. It is jump stitched in place on either a mustard brown (similar to Carhartt's signature Hamilton Brown) or dark gray cap. The classic BIKEPACKING.com logo is sewn onto the lower right band of the cap. The bold design of this camp hat manages to be both urban hip and tree-hugging outdoorsy.

These caps feature an interior Bikepacking Journal label and a blind-embroidered interior panel, meaning you can't see or feel the embroidery stitching on the inside of the hat.

All hats will be mailed flat, not in a hat box. So expect them to have a few wrinkles upon arrival.
